Ryan was a great help throughout shopping for a home. He was positive, proactive, and took the time to research our zoning needs and specific requirements. Always available and quick to respond, he made everything easier and much less stressful. He was also a great resource for any referrals we needed for the process such as a lawyer, home inspector, etc. All of them were great. Ryan was recommended to us by a mutual friend, for a recent home purchase in Penticton, as part of a larger move from Vancouver.
We were very happy with Ryan! He knows a lot about the Okanagan area (not just tied to Kelowna), and was very helpful with understanding all the rules around different types of properties here and the overall process. He was able to show us properties all over the valley, and was able to work with our erratic timelines and schedules as we commuted from Vancouver for our search. Once the contract was confirmed, Ryan was highly responsive with questions and clarifications leading up to the eventual closing, which was comforting as we were still remote at the time.
